Marcel starts out playing guitar doing backing vocals for Hollands best blues singer Ron Krop.
When Miko Weaver,ex ‘Prince and the Revolution’ guitarist, asks him as frontman in his band Inter Connected Universe (ICU), Marcel quits his job to pursuit his destiny. In the four years of playing with Miko and ICU Marcel gets his master degree.
Souldust Studio
In 2008 Marcel teams up with the musicians of the Souldust Studio. They start working on his debut album DUPRIX wich was released in January 2011.
Here I am
In 2010 Marcel writes a song for the LetsShare Foundation, a charity organization in the Philippines. The single ‘Here I am’, is received with great enthusiasm. In August 2010 and 2011 Duprix tour in The Philippines.
